Each retreat this year will be aimed at strengthening a "chakra" and this specific retreat kicks off our 2020 series with the Root Chakra aka Tribal Chakra.  

"Reroot with your Soul Tribe" is a mini-day retreat intended on balancing the first chakra and harmonizing with your tribe. 

Join us as we guide you through meditation, mindfulness techniques and exercises about shifting power and accepting vulnerability into your life. Connect with a community of like-minded women while enjoying nourishing foods and creative activities. Bring a friend or family member that you want to experience this day with or perhaps reconnect to; or come solo and meet new “sisters’. We guarantee you will leave feeling grateful, mindful, more understanding of those around you and ready to reconnect.
